Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, handling fees, customs charges, and any other expenses associated with returning an item. These costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by our store.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
